I have 2 say I have 2 gunea pigs named Cuddles (a calico female) and Chewy ( a orange male) they were pretty awesome, but now I have an orange hamster named Lily (female) and a gray and white hamster named sophie(female) i also have a male hamster named Oliver i love all of them so i will have to say im nuetral. if you look at it hamsters are funner pets than guinea pigs because you can buy tons of toys and stuff for hamsters that you could never buy for guinea pigs…guinea pigs are better than rabbits though..but guinea pigs are big and hamsters are smaller and simple but more fun

I love hampsters they are very entertaining but they bite and if they exscape theirs no finding them. I have two guinea pigs they have never bite anyone! Thay are frequintly lose and try to run away. I would have to say that GUINEA PIGS have stolen my heart.

I think hamsters are the cutest and are much more fun to watch but I would rather have a guinea pig because you can trust them to play outside and you can let them run around the house and the most important thing is the cue squeak they make.

OMG my guinea pig just died yesterday cuz he had pnemonia i loved him sooo much and im VERY sure he’s in guinea pig heaven right now waiting for me cuz i prayed for him a lot and he was the sweetest thing ever, I go for guinea pigs cuz i’ve had 3. Hamsters are SSSSSSSSSOOOOOOO much better! I have a friend who owns two guinea pigs, and they step in their own poo! Hamsters are much cleaner. And although a hamster can’t run around on the ground like a guinea pig, they don’t poo every five seconds and are easier to take care of! Plus they cost less! HAMSTERS ARE THE BEST!
Oh, and by the way, my hamster, Tickles, DOES NOT BITE!
I think hamsters will win because I have a have a hamster that looks like the one you have and she can go up and down stairs,open her cage door,monkey bars, and hamsters can nibble faster than any guinea pig ever could, they work hard on everything on thier beds, cage, wheel, food, water bottle, races, gym, and strength!My hamster got third in the top finalls of the Petco race in September!Every now and then they have a break but they get right to work when thier done and when you need them they are ready for anyting!I love hamsters, THEY WILL WIN NOT GUINEA PIGS!!!!

I think all animals are amazing and are all different. I have been bitten by a guinea-pig and a hamster. Hamster bites hurt an awful lot more but I don’t put them down just because of that. They all have reasons for what they do so I hope all you people take this into acccount. I love them both.

I think hamsters are REALLY cute. (but i havent seen guinea pigs that much sooo..) but a lot of you say the same thing about the different animals. (like someone said that hamsters bite alot but then i scroll down and 3 other people say the same thing about GP.)

I came here to find out what everyone thinks coz about the hamster vs guinea pig debate, coz I wanted to know if hamsters make a good pet, coz we might get one soon. My man is allergic to guinea pigs, so I would have to vote for hamsters, even though we don’t have one yet, and it seems good that they don’t smell as much as guinea pigs. We have 2 pet mice and they smell a lot.
hamsters bite, and they stink! if you get one, clean the cage about 3 times a week, cuz they smell quickly.
guineas are much more friendly a sociable.

I love hampsters they are very entertaining but they bite and if they exscape theirs no finding them. I have two guinea pigs they have never bite anyone! Thay are frequintly lose and try to run away. I would have to say that GUINEA PIGS have stolen my heart.

I think hamsters are the cutest and are much more fun to watch but I would rather have a guinea pig because you can trust them to play outside and you can let them run around the house and the most important thing is the cue squeak they make.

OMG my guinea pig just died yesterday cuz he had pnemonia i loved him sooo much and im VERY sure he’s in guinea pig heaven right now waiting for me cuz i prayed for him a lot and he was the sweetest thing ever, I go for guinea pigs cuz i’ve had 3. Hamsters are SSSSSSSSSOOOOOOO much better! I have a friend who owns two guinea pigs, and they step in their own poo! Hamsters are much cleaner. And although a hamster can’t run around on the ground like a guinea pig, they don’t poo every five seconds and are easier to take care of! Plus they cost less! HAMSTERS ARE THE BEST!

I think hamsters will win because I have a have a hamster that looks like the one you have and she can go up and down stairs,open her cage door,monkey bars, and hamsters can nibble faster than any guinea pig ever could, they work hard on everything on thier beds, cage, wheel, food, water bottle, races, gym, and strength!My hamster got third in the top finalls of the Petco race in September!Every now and then they have a break but they get right to work when thier done and when you need them they are ready for anyting!I love hamsters, THEY WILL WIN NOT GUINEA PIGS!!!!

I think all animals are amazing and are all different. I have been bitten by a guinea-pig and a hamster. Hamster bites hurt an awful lot more but I don’t put them down just because of that. They all have reasons for what they do so I hope all you people take this into acccount. I love them both.
I think hamsters are REALLY cute. (but i havent seen guinea pigs that much sooo..) but a lot of you say the same thing about the different animals. (like someone said that hamsters bite alot but then i scroll down and 3 other people say the same thing about GP.)

I don’t have any but I want and I really think that the hamsters are cool according to your personality. If you wanna just sit back,relax and read, go with the guinea pig. If you want a not lazy pet, hamsters are a good choice. I love them both! I have read every single review so far!

I came here to find out what everyone thinks coz about the hamster vs guinea pig debate, coz I wanted to know if hamsters make a good pet, coz we might get one soon.
